What is Mediation?

What is Mediation?

Mediation is an informal and confidential way for people to resolve disputes with the help of a neutral party,

A Mediator, who is trained to help people discuss their differences and resolve their problem at hand.

The mediator does not take sides or concludes which one is right and which one is wrong, but rather helps the parties work out their problems through an open discussion.

One of the greatest benefits of mediation is that it allows people to resolve allegations against one another in a more upfront way; one which is uniquely tailored to the parties’ needs and circumstances. Consequently, those can be resolved faster this way.

Mediation is fair, efficient, cost-effective and quite fast in resolving issues between two parties in friction.

Most importantly, the relationship between the sides can actually be preserved if handled by a professional mediator.
